Hiroyuki Kobayashi is a video game producer from Japan.
Kobayashi graduated from Chukyo University with a degree in Computer Science. He was hired by Capcom in 1995 where his first job was that of programmer on the first game in the Resident Evil series.
He worked as a planner on Dino Crisis and a producer on its sequel.
His other work includes producing the Sengoku Basara franchise and Dragon's Dogma.
